videos still cost 2 million dollars.
way more at the highest level.

you can make a video for 10 grand but its really rare that such vids make it to TV.

Ed, the videos of the 80 were very big on linear story telling. Like today, there was nonsense but on the whole, the era's video "treatments" were higher in the catagory of story concepts.

My band made a video for free and it was awesome. No, really.
